Yes, they can be washed at 40–60 degrees Celsius and will shrink by a maximum of 5% when washed. They can also be tumble dried, but if you avoid tumble drying, they will last longer. We recommend using neutral detergent.
Exceeding the temperature can damage the absorbent layer. It will start to clump, lose absorbency, and feel uncomfortable to wear.

They are made of 95% cotton and 5% elastane. The absorbent insert is made of 100% cotton. The underwear contains no harmful substances and is Oeko-Tex certified.

Yes, you can return goods within 14 days from the delivery date. When returning, the goods must be in the same condition as received and must not have been worn or washed. The goods must be returned in proper packaging. We do not cover your return shipping costs.
Can I exchange the underwear?
Yes, if you wish to exchange the underwear for a different size or model, you can return the unwanted item within 14 days from the delivery date. Please include the return slip and specify your request.
How many children wet their pants?
About 2 children in every school class suffer from incontinence, i.e., 10%.
Why does my child wet their pants during the day?
There can be many reasons why your son or daughter wets their pants. Contrary to previous beliefs, incontinence is rarely due to psychological problems. It can be caused by constipation, urinary tract infections, or an overactive bladder, for example. Some children also have difficulty holding their urine when laughing (so-called giggle incontinence). Finally, accidents can simply happen when your child is deeply engaged in play.
How can I help my child stay dry?
There are, of course, many ways you can help your child stay dry. Please read the advice and useful links under "Children and incontinence".
What is a typical course of treatment for my child?
Over 3 days, a form is filled out to record fluid intake and urination, so it becomes measurable how much your child drinks and how often they urinate. Afterwards, a functional examination and a bladder scan are performed to see if the bladder is emptied completely. Finally, urine is tested for sugar and bacteria. Please read more under "Children and incontinence".
Where can I get help and advice about children and incontinence?
There are many useful websites as well as telephone advice on this topic. Please read more under the section "Children and incontinence".
Why should you buy stylish incontinence underwear for daytime incontinence?
You should if your child occasionally wets their pants and would rather use their energy for activities and play instead of hiding their accident. This way, you can help your child have a happier everyday life.
How does the vibrating watch work?
The vibrating watch can vibrate up to 12–15 times a day. When the watch vibrates on the child’s arm, the child simply presses a button to stop the vibration. The vibration can remind the child to go to the toilet. The watch can also display the time and date.
What is the vibrating watch made of?
The watch is made of silicone and is CE certified, meaning it meets EU standards and protects the consumer from products that could be dangerous or harmful. The vibrating watch is also tested by the Danish Technological Institute to ensure it contains no plasticizers. – The watch is NOT suitable for water exposure.
