Costs

• Rental cost: CHF 2.70 per day

• Health insurance reimbursement: CHF 0.94 per day (basic insurance)

• Minimum rental: CHF 81.00 (= 30 days)

• Rental period / ownership: The device only becomes your property after 120 rental days.

• Shipping costs: The rental costs are exclusive of shipping costs.

Beginning and end of the rental period

• The rental period begins when the device is shipped.

• It ends when all parts are returned (date of return) or automatically once the maximum rental period of 120 days has been reached.

Payment

• Our invoice must be paid within 30 days of receipt, regardless of when your health insurance pays the reimbursement.

Requirements for health insurance reimbursement
For reimbursement, you need:

• our invoice, and

• a medical prescription confirming the duration of the therapy.

Important for use

• Please follow the instructions for use and use the Liberty alarm according to our description.

Sensor underwear

• The delivery includes 2 sensor briefs.

• Additional sensor briefs can be ordered separately and cost from CHF 25.00 each.
