Delivery Area

Entire Switzerland as well as the Principality of Liechtenstein. International shipping by arrangement.

Price and assortment changes are reserved. All offers are non-binding. Errors and misprints excepted.

Prices

All prices include VAT of 8.10%.

Shipping Costs

We use the services of Swiss Post.

• Midi letter B5 A-Post up to 500 g – 5 cm CHF 3.70

• Domestic parcels up to 2 kg Priority – Post CHF 12.00

• Domestic parcels up to 10 kg Economy – Post CHF 15.00

Payment Terms

• For first orders, unless otherwise agreed, we require payment in advance.

• Online payment available.

• Payment by invoice with a payment term of 30 days net from the invoice date.

Delivery

From stock. Delivery time approx. 2–3 working days.

Conclusion of Contract

By clicking “Submit Order,” the order becomes binding.

Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

Goodwill Returns (Domestic)

Your satisfaction is very important to us. You can only assess your satisfaction after receiving the goods. If you regret your purchase:

• Please return the goods to us within 14 days.

• Please ensure returns are properly franked. Any costs incurred, such as returns due to incomplete or incorrect address details, will be charged.

• If you return goods, we will refund you 90% of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

• Excluded are items that have already been used or worn (except for material or manufacturing defects).

• Please return the item in its original packaging if possible.

• Please state the reason for your return on the delivery note.

• Please indicate which items you would like to exchange.

• Be sure to include the completed delivery note with your return.
